I always return for my city breaks. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, outdoor dining area, airport shuttle. The staff is helpful; they even helped me with a phone charger once. It suits me perfectly.

As a senior woman, I truly enjoyed my stay at this hidden gem in Rome. The hotel's decoration had a charming vintage touch, which brought back memories of my younger days. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a cozy atmosphere to relax and socialize with other guests. Moreover, the hotel's accessibility was top-notch, with easy navigation throughout the premises and amenities designed with seniors in mind.

If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be for the children working there to be a bit more attentive to the needs of older guests. However, this was just a minor drawback and did not overshadow the overall positive experience I had during my stay at this lovely establishment.

Location was amazing, near all modes of public transport in central Rome. Cleanliness was top-notch and hotel facilities were convenient. Staff members were friendly and offered great service.

Some rooms are affected by noise from outside, hindering a peaceful sleep.

The location is good.

It is difficult to find the hotel because there is no obvious logo or other mark at the outside of building. The hotel is very small. But if only for travel, it is not too bad.

Breakfast was not availble whereas it was announced by Booked.net that continental breakfast was included in the price Tramway just under the room was very noisy

This hotel is conveniently located near Roma Termini, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The rooms are in really good condition and I liked that some of them had direct access to the terrace. The staff provided excellent service and were always there to assist with any requests. The breakfast served in the morning was a great start to the day, with a good variety of options provided, including tea.

All was great, no improvements needed.

Noisy trams, better to have room at the back, lift was out of order but it was the weekend and not the hotels fault, room for a twin was quite small but adequate for over night stay

I recently stayed at a hotel near Termini Station for my visit to the Colosseum. The hotel staff were friendly and informative, the rooms were spacious, and I had my own access to a roof terrace. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels. Free Wifi and access to the kitchen facilities were added bonuses. a superb stay and highly recommended for future visits!

Everything was great, Especially the staff, Elisabetto and Antonio were unbelievable. From the first day of our arrival they helped us a lot for getting the train tickets, the enterance tickets for monuments and also helped us in changing our travel plan, They were really nice! The B&B was so clean and chic, We will certainly stay here if come back to rome.

I was looking for a a reasonably priced hotel close to Termini for one night so I had easy and quick access to fco. Manin b&b fit the bill. This is also close enough to ancient Rome to walk or the Metro to access all of Rome. There are plenty of food options nearby. The hotel looked as though it was updted in the last 5 years but could benefit from some touch up and minor maintenance.

Stayed here for new year, the staff was great they helped us with our luggage, and were friendly and helpful. Location is key, right next to the train station and close to the city's main attractions. There is a small kitchenette available with a fridge, which is a plus.

The room was small and smelled strongly of mold. There was no natural light and the bathroom was old and not well-maintained.
